DAVID ODDO, CCIM
David Oddo has been a proud owner of businesses in manufacturing, distribution and real estate for over forty years. Attaining Master’s degrees in both Real Estate and Business Administration, he is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California and has earned the prestigious designation of CCIM by the National Association of Realtors.
In 1993, David embarked upon his initial launch into the real estate industry by establishing Corsair Management LP, which subsequently evolved to encompass Legacy Property Management LLC and Crowne Point Equity LLC. Since 2012, he has played a pivotal role in orchestrating commercial real estate transactions with a cumulative value surpassing $500,000,000
In addition to his professional endeavors, David has been actively engaged in various leadership roles, including serving as President of Pinnacle Precision Sheet Metal Corporation, President of Superior Engineered Products, and holding positions on the boards of several local universities and charitable non-profit organizations.

DAVID LEE DAVIS, CPM
In 2016, David Davis assumed the role of Property Manager at Crowne Point Equity, where he oversees a comprehensive portfolio of commercial properties and plays an instrumental role in facilitating the due diligence procedures for numerous property acquisitions. Furthermore, David is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), underscoring his commitment to the field.
In recognition of his expertise, David holds the esteemed designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM). Prior to his tenure at Crowne Point Equity, he accrued a wealth of experience during a distinguished career at Oakley Inc., where he served as a Senior Designer for more than two decades. His academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design, which he earned from Long Beach State University.
ANGELA CARLSON
Angela is a licensed Realtor and brings a wealth of expertise to her professional career. Her over two decades of experience in the field of business management are complemented by her proficiency in commercial real estate leasing, tenant representation, and property management. Angela is an investor in commercial and residential properties, giving her firsthand insight into ownership, operations, and long-term asset strategy. Angela is particularly passionate about working with small commercial property owners and tenants—an often underrepresented segment of the market. She brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to each transaction, grounded in both operational experience and a strategic business perspective.
Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Vanguard University, along with a Human Resource Management certification from Villanova University and PHR certification. This combination uniquely positions her to understand the financial, operational, and people-centered aspects of real estate decisions.

CAMERON CARLSON
In January 2026, Cameron Carlson joined Crowne Point Equity as an Asset Manager, where he supports the oversight and performance of a West Coast portfolio of office, industrial, and medical assets. His role spans multiple disciplines across the firm, including commercial acquisitions, underwriting, lease negotiations, tenant representation, and value-add execution, providing a well-rounded approach to both operations and growth.
Cameron brings a diverse real estate background from Marshall Reddick Real Estate, with experience across brokerage, property management, private lending, and build-for-rent multifamily communities. Known for his disciplined, data-driven mindset and strong negotiation skills, he plays an active role in supporting asset strategy, tenant positioning, and long-term portfolio value.
Cameron earned his degree from Vanguard University and is currently a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) candidate at Chapman University. He holds an active California real estate license and is pursuing the CCIM designation as part of his continued professional development.
